This Privacy Policy describes how Vinovajets Business FZ-LLC, trading as Vinova Jets (“we”, “us”, “Vinova Jets”), a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), registered office at Compass Building, CWEP8669, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone – FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, processes personal data of visitors to this website and clients of our private jet brokerage services.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, Vinova Jets acts as the data controller of the personal data described in this policy.

• Trip data — departure and arrival airports, travel dates, number of passengers, special requests.
• Billing data — invoicing details and, where applicable, payment confirmation references. Vinova Jets does not store full card numbers; payments are processed by our banking or payment partners.
• Communication data — the content of messages you send us via our contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies (see “Cookies” below).

How We Collect Your Data

• Directly from you — when you submit a charter request or contact form, or message us via WhatsApp, phone or email.

• From third parties — occasionally from partner operators, FBOs or referral partners involved in arranging your flight.

• To respond to your enquiries and arrange charter flights on your behalf (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).
• To verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing and sanctions regulations applicable to UAE-registered companies (legal obligation).
• To send you commercial communications about our services, where you have consented to receive them (consent) — you may withdraw this consent at any time.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share personal data only to the extent necessary, with:

• the air carriers, operators and FBOs (Fixed Base Operators) involved in performing your flight;
• our IT, hosting and software service providers, acting under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms;
• payment and banking service providers;
• competent authorities, where required by law, including under AML/CTF or aviation security obligations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

International Data Transfers

As Vinova Jets is based in the United Arab Emirates and works with clients and operators worldwide, your data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area.
