The terms governing your use of this website and the private aviation brokerage services provided by Vinovajets Business FZ-LLC.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”), published by Vinovajets Business FZ-LLC, trading as Vinova Jets (“we”, “us”, “Vinova Jets”), and the general principles applicable to the private aviation brokerage services we provide. By browsing the Site or submitting a charter request, you accept these Terms.
The specific contractual terms applicable to a given flight — including pricing, payment schedule and cancellation conditions — are set out in the quotation and/or agreement issued to you for that flight. In the event of any conflict, the terms of that specific quotation or agreement shall prevail over these Terms.
Vinova Jets is a private aviation brokerage. We do not own, lease or operate any aircraft and do not hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC). We act as an intermediary, sourcing and arranging charter flights on your behalf with independent, appropriately licensed, certified and insured air carriers (“Operators”).
Each flight is performed under the Operator's own operating licence and conditions of carriage, which remain responsible for the operation, safety and conduct of the flight.
Quotations provided by Vinova Jets are estimates based on the information available at the time of the request, including aircraft availability, routing, fuel costs and applicable fees. Quotations are subject to confirmation and may change if any of these factors change before booking is confirmed. A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking until accepted in writing and, where applicable, the required payment has been received.
A booking is confirmed once you have accepted the applicable quotation and made the required payment in accordance with its terms. Vinova Jets will then coordinate with the relevant Operator to arrange your flight. We will share with you the flight details and any documentation required for your trip.
Full or partial payment is required to confirm your booking. The exact payment terms, including any deposit, balance due date and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your quotation. Vinova Jets does not store full payment card details; payments are processed through our banking or payment partners.
Cancellation and amendment conditions vary depending on the aircraft, Operator, route and notice period, and will be detailed in your quotation. Cancellation fees, where applicable, are generally determined by the Operator and may be non-refundable depending on how close to departure the cancellation occurs. Vinova Jets will communicate any such fees to you as soon as they are known.
Vinova Jets reserves the right to propose an alternative aircraft or Operator of equivalent category where the originally booked aircraft becomes unavailable, subject to your acceptance.
You are responsible for ensuring that all passengers hold valid passports, visas and any other documentation required for the intended itinerary, and for complying with customs, immigration, health and security requirements of the departure, transit and destination countries. Vinova Jets is not liable for any delay, denied boarding or additional cost resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
Flight times may be affected by weather, air traffic control restrictions, technical requirements, airport slot availability or other circumstances beyond the control of Vinova Jets or the Operator. Neither Vinova Jets nor the Operator shall be liable for any delay, cancellation or rerouting resulting from such circumstances, or from any event of force majeure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vinova Jets's liability is limited to its role as broker. Vinova Jets shall not be liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss or damage arising from the operation of a flight by an Operator, which remains governed by that Operator's own conditions of carriage and applicable aviation liability conventions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
By booking a flight with Vinova Jets, you confirm that neither you nor any passenger travelling on your booking is the subject of applicable trade or financial sanctions, and that the booking does not involve any individual, entity or destination subject to such sanctions.
Vinova Jets, as a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) and sanctions regulations, and may request identification or supporting documents to verify your identity. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking where required to comply with these obligations.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, extract its content through automated means, or misrepresent your identity when submitting an enquiry. While we take care to keep the information on the Site accurate, it is provided for general information purposes and does not constitute a binding offer; specific pricing and availability are confirmed only through a formal quotation.
Intellectual property relating to the Site is described in our Legal Notice, and the processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the services provided by Vinova Jets shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the client's country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The “last updated” date below indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
